Ten80 Education

Ten80 Education has a range of products available from RC cars that are almost as adjustable as the Car of Tomorrow to worksheets and other materials for the classroom. Materials for all grades (K-12 and even beyond) are available.


A World in Motion (AWIM)

A World in Motion is a SAE Foundation curriculum that features engaging kit-based activities that link teachers, students and industry or university volunteers. Various kits cover grades 3-10 and address physical science standards (mostly force and motion, energy and electricity) at those grade levels. The kits are simple to use and focus on experimentation.


Understanding Car Crashes -- It's Basic Physics

This curricular material for grades 9-12, written by Griff Jones of the University of Florida, has experiments and worksheets, many of which are linked to a videotape available from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.

Physics is Fun: Racing

Alabama public television offers an episode with Bobby Allison and Lyndon Amick that covers the fundamentals of aerodynamics and kinematics.
